How long do three seconds last? Long enough to accelerate to almost (100 km/h) in freefall from a height of 28 metre, while displaying spectacular tricks. This is what the Red Bull Cliff Diving 2011 World Championship is all about. The venues provide an impressive backdrop for the world's best divers to show their breath-taking, polished acrobatics. This year's start is at fabulous Rapa Nui, followed by Yucatan, La Rochelle, Boston, Malcesine and Athens, with Yalta hosting the finals. Many factors decide which one of the top athletes – Orlando Duque, Sacha Kutsenko, Gary Hunt – will surface as the winner at the end of a thrilling season.
