Masa is searching online for a new beauty, but this one is not for a lady friend. That little encounter Masa’s Subaru had with the ditch, wasn’t such a little encounter. Unfortunately, it is a write-off and he is now looking for a replacement which is proving to be challenging because of location.

In the interim, the generosity of neighbours comes through again. True sense of the word community. Everyone helps each other and friends are happy to loan their vehicles to Masa during this time.

The good news is Chris the Mapper and his wife Elin have returned. Chris is recovering nicely. We are sure Masa will miss having Banti around.

The joint review panel was in Masset for hearings about the Enbridge Northern Gateway Project. People from all around Haida Gwaii gathered to speak up, raising their concerns. The plan is to build a pipeline from the Alberta tar sands to northern BC coast to fill hundreds of super tankers.

Masa passionately opposes this and hopes that others through his videos educate themselves on the issues and voice their concerns.
